Hi, I’m Eithne!
I have a huge passion for teaching and making customised training in Microsoft 365 programs practical and fun. But it doesn’t stop there: my goal is to transform the way you work, by giving you the knowledge and confidence to harness their hidden power.
Why do I do what I do?
Because nothing gives me greater satisfaction than making a real difference to people’s lives. Whether it’s relieving the burden of repetitive tasks, removing anxiety around data errors, or helping people embrace new technologies with enthusiasm, I’m committed to making learning easily accessible, enjoyable and as practical as possible so you can apply what you have learnt instantly!

My background
For more than 30 years, I have been delivering tailored Microsoft 365 training to individuals and teams throughout Ireland, the United Kingdom and Europe. Just some of the organisations I work with include National University of Ireland Galway, Portwest (Italy, Ireland, India, USA, and UK), Revive Active, Electric Skyline, Boston Scientific, Novartis, PBC Biomed, Pilz, Eastway Aero, Medtronic, Dept. of Education, City Councils & Stewart Construction. Other companies I have worked with include HP, Coca Cola, Hayes McGrath, ELAN, Allergan, Alkhermes, Maphre, Acorn Life, DHKN Accountants, Hennelly Finance and Aerogen.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Applied Computing, I spent my early career in roles such as Programmer, Business Analyst, and IT Project Manager. It wasn’t until I was asked to deliver training to my colleagues that I realised where my true passion and professional flair really lay. Almost immediately, I was appointed Training Manager within my organisation which opened up an entirely new world of opportunity and fulfilment, kickstarting a new career path and soon after, the launch of my own business.
My professional mantra is, “You don’t know what you don’t know!” That’s why targeted, supportive and practical training in Microsoft 365 designed to suit your work flow is essential to making a tangible difference to your confidence and work outcomes.
